4th July Firework Burst and Shooting Star Design

4th July Firework Burst and Shooting Star Design coloring sheet

Coloring guide

A big curved rocket trail arcs up from a puffy cloud on the left and ends in a firework burst at the top. Five pointed streaks shoot out from the burst, and two small stars sit near the upper right. In the middle, the words 4TH JULY are drawn in chunky outlined letters, with the TH written small and tucked above the 4 and the J. On the right side, a wide ribbon-like swoosh curves down and around to a large five-point star at the bottom, like a shooting star with a tail. The shapes are big and open, so this printable page works well for younger kids who are still building control with crayons. Try coloring the trail in red, white, and blue stripes, then use yellow for the stars and bright colors for the burst. Older kids can fill in the letters with their own patterns, or talk about why fireworks are part of Independence Day.
