A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big red areas: color the red stripe along the side, the front hood, and the red light bar with bright red, leaving the white cross centers as they are.
- 2Fill the windshield and the side window with pale blue, and color the blue light bar in the middle with bright blue.
- 3Color the grass-like tree shapes on the right and the tree trunk with forest green, and use tan for the wooden fence post.
- 4Add the driver's face and hands in light peach, then the snowman's glove and the hat band with bright blue. Keep the eye whites and the cap cross white.
- 5Shade the tires, grille, bumper, and headlights with medium gray, silver gray, and charcoal gray. Leave the headlights golden yellow.
- 6Optional: Add a little light gray shading along the snow and under the snowman to give the scene depth, and keep the snowy ground and sky white.
