Luke Skywalker Bird with Lightsaber, Angry Birds Star Wars
Coloring guide
This round, determined bird has swept-back feathery hair and holds a long lightsaber up beside him, in an Angry Birds Star Wars coloring page. He seems to be the Luke Skywalker version, with a narrowed, serious eye, a big pointed beak and a heavy brow. He's wearing a layered Jedi-style tunic with a belt around the middle, and a little wing-hand grips the hilt of the glowing blade. The Angry Birds Star Wars logo sits in a rounded frame at the top. There's no background, so all the attention goes to the character. Outlines are big and clear, which works for younger kids and for older ones who like detail. Bright green or blue for the lightsaber, sandy tan for the tunic and golden yellow for the hair would look great, and you can leave the blade's glow white. - 1Start with the red face and body using coral red, leaving the eye whites and the lightsaber blade for later.
- 2Color the hair on top of the head and the side tufts with golden yellow, then fill the light cream chest and lower body with cream beige.
- 3Paint the lightsaber blade sky blue and the hilt parts with light gray, medium gray and charcoal gray.
- 4Color the beak with amber orange and bright orange, and fill the brown belt, holsters and pouches with dark brown and medium brown.
- 5Fill the logo frame and the STAR WARS lettering with lemon yellow, leaving the ANGRY BIRDS letters white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the edges of the hair and the belt to make the drawing pop.
