Antonio Madrigal Grinning in Encanto With Big Curly Hair
Coloring guide
This close-up of Antonio Madrigal from Encanto is framed by a big, bouncy cloud of curls. His head tips playfully to one side, and he has wide round eyes, thick expressive eyebrows and a cheerful open-mouthed grin. A few curly strands fall over his forehead, and both ears peek out under the hair. The page has no background, so little hands can focus on the face and the wavy edge of the hair. That large open hair area takes dark brown nicely, or go wild with a rainbow. Warm brown works for the skin, with bright green or gold for the eyes. Print the free PDF at home, and maybe a few spares too. This fits right in with our Encanto coloring pages — see also Princesses and Descendants.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- dark brown
- warm tan
- coral pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the big curly hair shape with dark brown using short, bumpy strokes that follow the curls, and leave the tiny gap at the top of the hair white.
- 2Color the whole face, the chin, and the cheek near the right ear with warm tan, keeping the eye whites and the bright eye shines white.
- 3Fill both ears with warm tan, then color the sideburn above the right ear dark brown to match the hair.
- 4Color the tongue inside the open smile with coral pink, and keep the teeth white.
- 5Optional: add a little darker brown inside the hair curls and a soft bit of extra warm tan along the edge of the face for depth.
