Two Sea Turtles Swim With Smiling Aquaman
Coloring guide
A smiling Aquaman fills this underwater scene from the chest up, with swept-back hair and a confident look. Two sea turtles swim right beside him. One floats above his shoulder with its flippers spread and its striped shell facing us. The other glides across his chest with its head turned sideways and a patterned shell in clear view. Round bubbles of different sizes rise behind his head. His costume has a round collar and scale-textured patches on the chest and shoulders, which are nice to fill in little by little. Soft greens suit the turtle shells, bright orange the scaly patches, and pale blue the bubbles. The shell segments and scales offer lots of small areas for careful coloring practice. - 2Fill his spiky hair and the collar stripe at his neck with golden yellow.
- 3Color both turtle shells and bellies with pale yellow, then fill the shell plates with dark brown and the outer shell edges with caramel brown.
- 4Color the turtles' heads, flippers and legs with deep green and light green, keeping the small highlights white.
- 5Fill the bubbles with sky blue, leaving the small white shine spots empty.
- 6Optional: Add a few darker strokes of deep green under the turtles' flippers and along the shell edges for depth.
