Baby Taz Leaps as Sylvester Reaches for Toy Soldier

Baby Taz leaps into the air with both arms up and his mouth wide open, looking thrilled. Below him, baby Sylvester sits on the ground, leaning forward with one paw stretched out toward a little wind-up toy soldier. The toy wears a tall marching hat with a feather, carries a round drum with zigzag lacing on the side, and holds a drumstick. A key sticks out of its back. Sylvester has a black and white coat, a tuft of fur on his head, big eyes and a round nose. There are big open areas on Taz's face and on the drum, so they suit crayons or markers well. Try coloring the toy soldier's uniform in bold colors, then talk about how a wind-up toy moves. You can print this free page for a quiet afternoon activity.
