Balloon Dog on a Round Stool With Three Floating Balloons
Coloring guide
This smiling balloon dog sits on a small round stool. It has big rounded ears, a long snout with a little round nose, and sparkly eyes. The twisted body segments, chunky legs, and curled tail are all drawn with thick, easy lines, so small hands can color each puffy section neatly. Three regular balloons float up behind the dog on wavy strings, and one is tucked in close to its tail. The stool has a thick round seat and four sturdy legs, which leaves a big space to fill in. Red or yellow makes the dog look like a real twisted party balloon, and blue, green, and purple work well for the floating ones. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the dog's head, snout, neck, body, and tail with sky blue, leaving the eye whites and the small shine spots white.
- 2Fill both ears, the front and back legs, and the belly area of the dog with golden yellow.
- 3Color the top balloon and its knot with bright red, the right balloon with forest green, and the small balloon with plum purple, keeping the shine spots and balloon strings white.
- 4Fill the stool seat and the wooden body underneath it with caramel orange and chestnut brown, leaving the gap between the legs white.
- 5Add royal blue to the dog's nose tip, tail tip, and the round joints at the neck and chest.
- 6Optional: Add a few darker strokes of the same color along the edges of the legs and ears to give them a little more shape.
