A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin areas: fill the faces, hands and arms of the players with peach skin, and the curly-haired player with medium tan, leaving the eyes and smiles white.
- 2Color the baseball shirts and sleeves with bright blue, then add royal blue and navy blue to the caps, socks and shoes for depth.
- 3Fill the trophy cup and base with golden yellow, and color the center boy's hair with caramel brown and the left boy's hair with honey gold.
- 4Add grass green to the trees and bushes, pale aqua to the sky on the right, and sandy beige to the dirt infield and bench areas, leaving the clouds and home plate white.
- 5Add light blue to the side accents on the pants and socks, and light gray to the bleachers and stands.
