Superman Looms Over Crouching Batman in Detailed Ink Style

Two caped superheroes share this detailed ink-style scene. Batman crouches low in the front on one knee, wearing his cowl with pointed ears, a bat emblem on his chest, a utility belt, gloves, boots and a long flowing cape. Standing tall behind him is Superman, with arms down and fists clenched, a stern expression, a curl of hair on his forehead, the S shield on his chest and a cape that sweeps out to the right. Broken stones and chunks of rubble cover the ground, and a cracked rock formation rises behind them. The heavy black shadows make a good lesson in light and dark. Try coloring the rubble in cool grays, then pick bold, contrasting colors for each hero's cape so the two characters stand apart. This free printable suits older kids who like fine detail.
