Front-Facing Batman With a Wide Sweeping Cape

This Batman looks straight ahead, fists at his sides, with a serious expression under his pointed cowl. His long cape sweeps out behind him, and on the right side it flares into a big pointed shape that's fun to color. Look closely at the suit and you'll find a bat emblem on the chest, sculpted muscle lines, a utility belt with pouches and a round buckle, armored gauntlets, padded knees, and chunky boots. With no background, the figure is easy to see. Careful colorers can shade each armor piece on its own, while younger kids can fill the cape in one go. Dark gray or deep blue works for the cape and cowl, lighter gray for the suit, and bright yellow for the belt. Download the free PDF for a classroom project or a weekend craft.
