Berry Cakes Num Noms Pancake Stack with Icing Drips
Coloring guide
Berry Cakes, a Num Noms character, is a cheerful pancake stack with a big floppy bow on top. Thick icing spills over the domed top and drips down the sides in long, wavy streaks, with a few round dots scattered across it. The bow has two tall loops and a small knot in the middle. On the front of the stack, a little face has one round berry-like eye with a tiny leaf, a small round nose, a winking eye and an open smiling mouth. The title 'Berry Cakes' is written in curly letters along the bottom. Small hands can fill in the big icing sections and bow loops, and the drips give older kids a chance to practice staying inside the lines. Bright pink or purple for the bow and icing looks lovely against golden tan pancake layers. Print this free page for a fun afternoon. Love this Num Noms coloring page? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the tall stack of cake layers and the bottom crust edges with caramel brown, keeping the outline lines clean.
- 2Color the pale cream stripes across the middle and lower cake layers, leaving the black face features as they are.
- 3Paint the big bow, its knot and the inner loops with bubblegum pink, leaving the thin outlines visible.
- 4Use raspberry pink for the thick icing that covers the top of the cake and drips down the sides, and add light gold to the drip near the middle.
- 5Fill the blueberry dots on the icing with berry blue, then color the small tongue in the open mouth with bubblegum pink and leave the tiny eye shine white.
- 6Optional: add a little extra caramel brown along the bottom edge of the cake to give it some depth.
