Big Chubby Pig with Open Mouth from The Angry Birds Movie
Coloring guide
This chubby pig fills the whole page and lies tilted on its side, so turn the paper sideways to color it. He has a large round snout with two nostrils, heavy-lidded grumpy eyes, small curled ears and a couple of tiny hairs sticking up on his head. His mouth is stretched wide, and inside is a row of rounded, bumpy shapes. Little dark hooves peek out at the edge of his round body, and the Angry Birds Movie logo runs along the side. With no background, the pig and all those big open spaces are the whole show. Apple green skin and a soft pink snout would work well, and the bumpy shapes in the mouth can stay pale or get a contrasting shade. This free printable is for kids and coloring fans of any age. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- bright red
- pale pink
- dark maroon
- brick red
- orange
- salmon pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start by coloring the big pig body and the top right ear with a bright red, leaving the small dots and the shine marks white.
- 2Fill the inside of the open mouth with a dark maroon, then add a brick red layer above it for depth.
- 3Color the teeth in a pale pink, keeping the tiny gaps between them so they still read as separate teeth.
- 4Add the pink tongue near the bottom of the mouth with a salmon pink, and fill the orange horn with orange.
- 5Color the legs, paws and bottom foot with the same bright red as the body so the pig feels like one character.
- 6Optional: Leave the big face circle, the lower jaw and the logo area white, and add a little shading to the red body for extra depth.
