I Love My Grandpa Bluey Coloring Page with Claw Toy

Coloring guide
Two Bluey-style dogs stand side by side on this Grandpa-themed page. On the left, the smaller pup is wrapped in a big hooded blanket-style outfit with one hand on the handle of a robotic grabber claw. The taller dog on the right has round glasses and a matching hooded wrap, and looks down at the little one with a gentle smile. Between them the claw stands upright, with a small window on the handle and pincers at the bottom. Bubble letters below read "I Love My Grandpa," which makes it a good handmade card or Grandparents Day gift. The backdrop is blank, so the characters take center stage. Soft blues suit the small pup, warm tan or orange tones the grandpa's face, and red or yellow the claw. Grab the free PDF and print it for a classroom project or weekend craft. This fits right in with our Bluey coloring pages — see also Pokémon and Harry Potter.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big bodies: color the left character's head, arms and body in cornflower blue, and the right character's head, body and arm in orange.
- 2Fill the lower parts with light color: baby blue for the left character's lower body, legs and feet, and cream for the right character's lower body, chest, muzzle and feet.
- 3Color the claw toy next: slate blue for the handle, sky blue for the collar and lower joint, silver gray for the grip and claws, light gray for the middle gripper, and pale aqua for the screen.
- 4Add the glasses in hot pink and salmon pink, the right character's nose in dark brown, the left character's nose in dark navy, the left muzzle in golden yellow and the cheek in sky blue.
- 5Color the title letters in cornflower blue, and leave the eye whites and shiny spots white for a bright, lively look.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading with a slightly darker shade of each main color along the edges of the bodies to make the characters look rounder.
