Bluto the Bearded Sailor Standing with Fists Down

A big, broad-shouldered man with a thick black beard stands with his arms hanging at his sides and his head turned to look off to one side. He wears a small cap on top of his head, a sailor-style shirt with a wide collar and a round button at the neck, and sleeves rolled up at the cuffs. A belt sits at his waist, and his baggy pants bunch up in wrinkles above big black shoes. His eyes are wide and he has a grin showing through the beard. This looks like Bluto from the Popeye cartoons. The large open shapes on the shirt and pants are easy for small hands to fill in. Try a classic blue shirt and brown pants, then leave the beard and shoes dark for strong contrast. Print it for a quiet afternoon or a cartoon-themed activity.
