Gym Deadlift Boy in a Face Mask with a Wrestling Belt Poster (WWE / Wrestling)
Coloring guide
Crouched low in a gym, a young boy with tousled hair and a face mask grips a heavy barbell with both hands, getting ready for a deadlift. He's in a short-sleeved t-shirt, shorts, socks and sneakers, and big round weight plates sit on each end of the bar. Behind him are a rack of dumbbells on the left, a padded workout bench on the right, a framed mirror in the top corner and a poster showing a championship-style belt inside a burst of rays. Lines are bold and clean, which helps younger kids who are still learning to stay inside them, and the large plates and wall poster are simple to fill. Bright red or blue would look good on the weight plates, with gold for the belt on the poster. Print this free page for a screen-free activity at home. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background areas: color the floor and the gym wall space with sky blue, leaving the empty wall spaces and the rack background white.
- 2Color the boy's skin areas (face, ears, neck, hands, arms, legs) with skin peach, then fill the hair with warm brown.
- 3Fill the t-shirt with bright blue and the shorts with navy blue, plus the bench top and post with royal blue.
- 4Color the face mask light blue and the weight plates with cherry red, and paint the barbell bar and collars silver gray.
- 5Add the dumbbells in charcoal black and silver gray, the shoes in bright blue, and the wrestling belt medallion in golden yellow with red side circles.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the shorts, shirt, and plates with a deeper shade of the same color to give them depth; leave the shoe soles and socks white.
