Kneeling Boy and Leafy Forest Friend: The Legend of Zelda Coloring Page
Coloring guide
Down in the grass, a smiling boy in a wide-brimmed hat kneels and holds out a friendly hand to a small, round creature with big shiny eyes and a cheerful open-mouth grin. A bunch of large leaves sprouts from the creature's head, and it sits happily on the ground. Spotted mushrooms fill the bottom corners, and you'll also spot tufts of grass, small flowers, bushy shrubs, tree trunks, a pine tree and a bright sun with rays. The boy wears a simple tunic tied at the chest, plus a belt pouch. Outlines are thick and clear, so this free printable is easy for little hands. Soft greens work well for the head leaves and bushes, and red mushroom caps with white spots add a fun splash. - 2Fill the boy's face and arms with peach skin, and his shirt, the creature's body, and the mushroom stems with cream, leaving the eye whites and the mushroom spots white.
- 3Color the boy's shorts and boots with olive green and dark brown, and the hat band and hair with medium brown and dark brown.
- 4Use lime green and leaf green for the bushes, grass, and the big leaves on the creature's head, then add forest green to the tree canopies and the leaves on the creature's body.
- 5Finish the mushroom caps and flower petals with tomato red and coral pink, keeping the flower centers and mushroom spots white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shade under the hat brim and the creature's leaves to make them stand out.
