A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the straw hat crown and brim with straw yellow, leaving small white flecks for texture.
- 2Fill the big grassy areas with grass green and the bushes and hedges with leaf green.
- 3Paint the barn walls and shirt in barn red, the barn roof in slate blue, and the barn door trim in light gray.
- 4Color the boy's face, ears and hand skin peach, his hair chestnut brown, and fill the overalls and pants with denim blue.
- 5Fill the fence with wood brown and the goat's head and body with cream white, adding caramel tan horns and baby pink inner ears.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading in the grass and the shadow side of the barn for depth, and keep the sun, sky and goat's eye shine white.
