Buzz Lightyear and Rex Shake Hands in Toy Story

A space ranger toy in a bulky suit with a round clear helmet stands on the left and looks up with a small smile. He reaches out his arm to shake the clawed hand of a big T-rex toy on the right. The dinosaur leans over with its mouth wide open, showing rows of pointed teeth, and has big round eyes, a long curved tail, and spots scattered over its body. Small motion lines near the handshake make it look like they are shaking hands with some energy. Both stand on lumpy, rocky ground. Try giving the spacesuit different colors for the chest panel, boots, and wings, then pick a bold green for the dinosaur and add polka dots in a second color. The large open areas on the tail and body are easy for younger kids, while the suit buttons and teeth suit older kids. This free printable page works well for a rainy afternoon.
