Goofy Cartoon Witch Perched Sideways on a Flying Broom

A goofy cartoon witch sits sideways on a broom, gripping the handle with one hand while the bristles trail out behind her. She wears a tall, pointed hat with a bent tip and a wide brim, and a big square buckle sits on the band. Her wide eyes look upward, her nose is round and lumpy, and she has a crooked smile. Messy, ragged hair hangs down around her face and shoulders, and her loose dress covers most of her body with her shoes poking out near the bottom. The large open shapes on the hat, dress and broom bristles are easy for small hands to fill in. Try a deep purple hat with a bright gold buckle, then use short brown and yellow strokes on the broom bristles so they look like real straw.
