Chain and Hook Blade Raised by a Crouching Ninja

A masked ninja in blocky minifigure style crouches low on a rough, uneven patch of ground, one arm raised high. In that hand is a short handle attached to a chain, and the chain leads up to a curved, hooked blade at the top. The ninja's hood and face wrap leave only the narrow, frowning eyes showing.
