- 1Fill Charizard's body, head and arms with orange, leaving the belly area for the next step.
- 2Color Charizard's belly and the tips of its claws pale yellow, and fill Charizard's wings with navy blue and teal.
- 3Paint Venusaur's big body and face with aqua teal, its leaves with leaf green, and its open mouth with rose pink, keeping the small highlights white.
- 4Color Blastoise's body and legs sky blue, its belly and cannons cream or light gray, and its shell chocolate brown.
- 5Fill the flower petals with coral pink and the buds with golden yellow and bronze brown, then add dark brown centers. Optional: Add light shading along the edges of the shapes with a darker tone of each color.
