Star-Covered Baubles and Pine Branches in a Round Frame

Coloring guide
Four round baubles sit inside a large circle, each one covered with small outlined stars. Every ornament has a little cap on top and a tied bow with curly ribbon ends, and they are placed in a rotating pattern around the middle. Between them, detailed pine branches with lots of needle lines fill the whole space, and a small star sits right at the center where the branches meet. A double border rings the outside edge. The star shapes on the baubles are a good size for colored pencils or fine markers, while the branch areas suit patient, careful coloring. Try giving each bauble its own color family, like red, blue, gold, and silver, then keep the pine needles in a few shades of green so the ornaments stand out. It is a nice quiet activity for a winter afternoon, and you can print as many copies as you need for a class or family table.
