Finding Nemo Clownfish Hanging From a Line Over Splashing Water

A small clownfish dangles from a thin line above the water, with what looks like string wrapped around his middle. His eye is wide and worried, and his fins are pulled in tight. Underneath, a big-eyed, ray-like creature pops up out of a puddle of rippling water. Next to it stands a boxy structure with slanted slats, and a wavy stream of water spills out of it. A rolling wave on the left throws up little splashes, and a diagonal line in the upper corner could be a window or a beam of light. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the large water areas on the left and around the machine with sky blue, leaving the light wave crests and splash tips for later.
- 2Color the stingray's body and fins slate blue, and its belly and lower jaw cream.
- 3Fill the machine with medium gray, its dark slots with charcoal gray, and its top edge and front face with light gray.
- 4Color the clownfish orange, keeping its white stripes and eye whites uncolored.
- 5Add light blue to the wave crests, splashes and pool ripples, keeping the stingray's eye whites white.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker blue under the waves and along the pool edges to add depth.
