Color by Number Flower with Two Leaves

Color by Number Flower with Two Leaves coloring sheet

Coloring guide

A single flower with a round, scalloped center sits on top of a long curved stem, with petals fanning out all the way around it. The petals alternate between two numbers, 1 for yellow and 2 for orange, so the color pattern repeats around the bloom. The center is marked 3 for purple and holds six small circles numbered 4 for black, like seeds. Two large leaves branch out from the lower stem, each split by a center vein into sections marked 5 for green. A color key runs along the bottom of the page. This free printable is a good fit for early number matching. Try having kids color every petal marked 1 first, then go back for the 2s, so they notice the yellow and orange alternating around the flower. The big leaf sections are easy to fill in for small hands.
