Cozy Barn with Cow, Goat, Cat and Chickens (Farm Animals (General))

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• amber orange
• cream
• chestnut brown
• dark brown
• golden yellow
• soft pink
• straw yellow
• tabby orange
• sky blue
• pale yellow
• leaf green

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the wooden walls, gate and fence posts with amber orange, leaving the white chickens alone.
2. 2Fill the cow, goat and cat with cream, then add chestnut brown patches on the cow and warm brown on the cow's horns and ears.
3. 3Color the hay bales and the hay pile with golden yellow, and the floor straw with straw yellow.
4. 4Add soft pink to the cow's nose and inner ears, and tabby orange to the sleeping cat's stripes.
5. 5Use sky blue for the window panes and leaf green for the grass outside the window.
6. 6Optional: Leave the chickens white and add a few light shadows with a darker brown along the barn walls.
