Crouching Snow Leopard Walking Past Mountain Slopes

Crouching Snow Leopard Walking Past Mountain Slopes coloring page

Coloring guide

A snow leopard crouches low as it walks to the right, with its head lowered and its mouth slightly open. Its thick body is covered in rosette spots of many sizes, and its long tail curves down and back to the left, ending in a fluffy tip with striped bands. Behind it, a few mountain peaks and sloping hills are drawn in simple lines. Flat oval patches of snow or rock sit on the ground in front, and a few paw print shapes seem to trail near the middle. This printable page has plenty of detail for older kids who like careful work. Try coloring the spots in two or three shades of gray and brown, leaving the fur between them pale, then use cool blues and purples on the mountains to make the cat stand out. It also works well for talking about how spotted coats help big cats blend into rocky places.
