Baby Dragon on Toy Blocks, Beanie Boos Playroom
Coloring guide
A smiling baby dragon with big sparkly eyes sits on a pile of wooden toy blocks, its round feet on a block marked with a star. It has two curved horns, small spikes on its head, polka-dot scales, a striped tummy and bat-like wings spread behind it. The tail ends in a heart shape. The other blocks show a triangle, a heart, a flower, a circle, a rainbow and dice dots. A toy train and a stacking ring toy sit close by on a round rug. Behind the dragon are a polka-dot ball, three balloons, a bunting banner, a window, and shelves holding a teddy bear in a bow tie, a toy house and books. Soft purple or teal would suit the dragon, with bright primary colors on the blocks. This free printable has plenty of big shapes and small patterns to fill in. Fans of Beanie Boos coloring pages often like Peppa Pig and Nyan Cat as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the dragon body and head in lime green, leaving the small white spots and the eye whites uncolored.
- 2Color the wings, belly and tail with pale yellow, then fill the paws with the same soft tone.
- 3Fill the wooden floor and shelves with light orange, and the window glass and sky with light blue, leaving the cloud and window frame white.
- 4Color the toy blocks: red star block, golden yellow flower block, royal blue triangle and circle blocks, and sky blue heart block.
- 5Finish the small details with the teddy bear in orange, the purple and lavender balloons, the lemon yellow bow on the head, and the train in grass green.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the lime green body and the pale yellow belly to give the dragon more roundness.
