Baby Fox and Its Giant Macaron, Draw So Cute style
Coloring guide
Sitting on the ground, a fluffy baby fox hugs an oversized macaron nearly as big as its belly, so dessert fans will love this one. The fox has big sparkly eyes with long lashes, a tiny nose, an open smiling mouth, tufted cheek fur and two pointed ears. Its bushy tail curls up behind with a zigzag fur pattern at the tip, and the paw pads on its feet are drawn as little ovals and toes. Three small hearts float around. The macaron has a smooth domed top, a ruffled frilly edge and a thick filling layer, with lots of room for color. Pastel pink or lavender on the macaron and warm orange on the fox work well, leaving the tail tip and chest white. It's a free printable and there's no sign-up. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- warm orange
- baby pink
- soft cream
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big orange areas: color the fox head, tail base, both paws, sides and both feet tops in warm orange, leaving the eye whites and shine spots empty.
- 2Fill the big pink macaron top and bottom shells in baby pink, then color the two filling bands and the lower belly in soft cream.
- 3Color the inside of both ears, the tongue, the hearts and the toe pads in baby pink, keeping the nose area dark or light as you like.
- 4Color the fluffy tail tip and the lower tail area in soft cream and warm orange so they match the example.
- 5Optional: Add a little extra texture with short back-and-forth strokes in each color so the fur looks soft and fluffy.
