Thanksgiving Turkey Standing With Fanned Tail Feathers

This friendly cartoon turkey stands on two long legs with big webbed feet and glances off to one side. It has a round eye and a small open beak, with a wattle hanging underneath. The tail is spread into a wide fan of rounded, striped sections, and a wavy-edged wing sits on the plump body. A few little tufts of grass surround its feet. Bold, clean outlines and big open spaces make this free printable friendly for younger kids, while the feather sections give older ones room for extra detail. Each tail feather could get its own autumn shade, like red, orange, yellow and brown. Finish with a soft brown body and green grass. It would be a nice thing to set out on a Thanksgiving classroom table or pull out on a quiet afternoon at home. More like this: explore the Thanksgiving, New Year and Easter coloring page collections.
