Close-Up of Daphne Blake in Headband and Scarf, Scooby-Doo Page

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• golden yellow
• leaf green
• peach skin
• sky blue
• dark purple
• lavender purple
• slate blue
• tan beige
• charcoal gray
• black

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the hair on both sides with golden yellow, leaving the headband area for later.
2. 2Fill the face and neck with peach skin, then color the scarf and the collar of the sweater with leaf green.
3. 3Add the headband in lavender purple and the long dark purple shape at the bottom left with dark purple.
4. 4Paint the background walls and shadows with sky blue, slate blue for the upper right wall, and tan beige for the door frame at the top right.
5. 5Fill the mouth and left eye with charcoal gray and the right pupil with black, keeping the eye whites and the sweater body white.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the hair and scarf edges to make the drawing pop.
