A baby elephant with very large ears walks toward the left side of the page with his head lowered and a soft smile. His trunk curls down near the ground, and a tiny mouse in a small hat with a feather holds onto it while hurrying along. The elephant has long eyelashes, a few wrinkle lines near his eye and trunk, and one floppy ear pulled up over the top of his head. His big ear spreads across his body, with his round back and little tail on the right. The outlines are thick and clean, so younger kids can color the big shapes easily. Try gray or soft blue for the elephant and a bright color for the mouse's jacket and hat. It also works well for talking about big and small.
