Easter Egg Packed with Bunnies and Chicks

A big egg shape is packed edge to edge with cute round-faced animals peeking out from leafy grass. Floppy-eared bunnies with tiny buck teeth sit along the bottom and sides, and one happy bunny in the lower middle has an open smiling mouth. Fluffy chicks with little beaks and a tuft of feathers on top pop up in the middle and at the bottom. Near the top there is a bear-like face with round ears, and a small fuzzy creature sits at the center right. One animal in the middle holds up a carrot, and another has a big toothy grin on the right edge. Try giving every animal its own color so the faces stand out, then use soft greens and yellows for the grass behind them. This free printable also works well as a counting game, with kids tallying the bunnies, chicks and carrots they can find.
