Five Peashooters Bunched Together in Pea Pods

Five Peashooters Bunched Together in Pea Pods coloring page

Coloring guide

Five round little peashooters are packed together in a pile, and each one has a big open barrel mouth pointing to the left. Every face has two shiny oval eyes with white highlights, one smaller than the other. Curly vine tendrils spiral up from the tops of the pods behind them. The tallest pod splits open down the middle, and a smaller pod on the right shows a dark inner shape around the front peashooter. At the bottom, a few rounded leaf shapes work as feet. The lines are bold and clean, so crayons and markers both work well. Try coloring the pods in a darker green than the peashooters so the group stands out. The overlapping shapes also make a nice way to talk about front and back with younger kids. This page is free to print.
