A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the tablecloth and the lower skirt by coloring them baby blue, leaving the flower shapes white.
- 2Fill the table top, the teapot body, and both teacups with cream, then color the tea inside the cups warm brown.
- 3Color the chair frame and legs warm brown, leaving the slats white, and fill the vase with cream and its bands with sky blue and soft yellow.
- 4Color the teapot lid and its scalloped edge golden yellow, and paint the roses bright red with the stems charcoal gray.
- 5Add bright red to the flowers on the teapot and teacups, and golden yellow to the teapot stand scallop.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading with a slightly darker tone on the edges of the teapot and tablecloth for extra depth.
