Smirking Soldier with Shotgun and Pickaxe, Fortnite Battle Royale
Coloring guide
This Fortnite Battle Royale page shows a confident, smirking soldier front and center, with a chunky shotgun held across his body in one gloved hand. Behind him, a large pickaxe is slung over his shoulder. Look closely and you'll find a utility belt with a square buckle, a strapped vest, a band on his upper arm and a cuff on his wrist. The big Fortnite Battle Royale logo sign sits above him with two dog tags hanging from it, and one of them shows a pickaxe. A small black silhouette version of the logo is tucked in the top right corner. Bold, clean outlines keep this free printable easy to color. Olive green and tan suit the vest and pants, warm brown works for the pickaxe handle, and silver-gray is a good match for the metal head and the weapon. This fits right in with our Fortnite coloring pages — see also Halo and Undertale.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big olive green areas: the tank top, the pants, and the logo board panels, leaving the white gun highlight and the white background untouched.
- 2Color the face, neck, and arms with a soft skin peach, adding it to the hands and wrist as well.
- 3Fill the hair with mustard gold and the pickaxe blade and tip with steel blue, saving the pickaxe handle for rust orange.
- 4Color the shotgun with tan for the stock, barrel, and top parts, and use slate gray for the darker gun body and grip.
- 5Fill the ROYALE letters and the BATTLE letters with bright yellow, and color the dog tags and the title banner with slate gray and near black.
- 6Optional: Add darker shading under the arms, belt, and gun with a deeper shade of the same color to give the soldier more depth.
