Frankie Stein Monster High Portrait with Skull Tie
Coloring guide
Frankie Stein smiles out from this portrait-style page with her head tilted and one hand raised by her cheek, fingers curled. There's a lot to color here: long, wavy hair with bold stripes, big sparkly eyes, and stitch marks on her cheek, neck and forearm. She wears skull earrings, a little skull hair clip with a bow, a collared shirt and a polka dot tie printed with a skull and bow. A fishnet sleeve and stacked bracelets add some texture. With no background, it's easy to print for free and nice for a quiet afternoon. Soft mint green skin is one idea, with hot pink and black for the tie dots and hair stripes so the stitches really show. Fans of Monster High coloring pages often like Hatchimals and PAW Patrol as well.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- peach skin
- rose red
- hot pink
- light pink
- dark raspberry
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the face, hands and arm by coloring them peach skin, leaving the eye whites and the white collar and skull details uncolored.
- 2Fill the long hair and top hair band with rose red, alternating with light pink stripes so the hair looks striped like the example.
- 3Color the bottom hair strands and the tips of the long hair in dark raspberry for deeper shading at the ends.
- 4Add hot pink to the mouth, the polka dot tie, the fishnet top and the sections of hair near the cheeks and shoulders.
- 5Leave the skull on the tie, the skull hair clip, the skull ring and the white collar white, and keep the logo in black and white.
- 6Optional: Add a little extra dark raspberry along the edges of the hair stripes for depth.
