Butterfly on a Robot's Finger, Big Hero 6 Style Coloring
Coloring guide
In a patch of grass, a smiling little robot holds up one finger with a butterfly resting on the tip. The robot has a round head with a small antenna, big oval eyes and round ear pieces. His body is a rounded square with a circle in the middle of the chest, his arms and legs have stripe-like segments and his feet are large and rounded. Three daisy-style flowers and a few grass tufts fill the bottom of the page. The butterfly has patterned wings, two curly antennae and a happy face. The robot design is original and doesn't clearly match any franchise character, so it suits any kid who loves friendly robots. Bold lines and big shapes keep this free printable easy for younger children. Sunny yellow or soft purple wings will stand out against a silver-blue robot. Fans of Big Hero 6 coloring pages often like Unikitty and SuperZings as well.

- 1Start by coloring the robot's head, body, arms and legs with sky blue, leaving the eye whites bright white.
- 2Use light blue for the stripes on the legs and arms, and royal blue for the stripe on the arm holding the butterfly.
- 3Fill the chest panel, shoulders, hands, fingers, neck and antenna ball with golden yellow.
- 4Color the ears, chest button and foot soles orange, and the right ear tangerine, then make the smile coral red.
- 5Paint the butterfly wings violet purple with hot pink inner sections, indigo blue lower edges, and lime green for its body and head.
- 6Finish the flowers by keeping the petals white, adding golden yellow centers, and coloring the leaves and stems leaf green. Optional: add a little darker shading under the robot's chin and wing edges for depth.
