Smiling Ghost with Four Corner Stars

Coloring guide
One arm of this little ghost is raised in a wave, and the other rests down at its side. Its big round eyes have shiny highlights, and it has small eyebrows and an open smile. The body finishes in soft, wavy scallops at the bottom. Four small stars float around it, one in each corner of the page. Bold lines and simple, roomy shapes mean younger kids can color without much fuss, and preschoolers and kindergartners get good practice staying inside the lines. It's a free printable that fits a Halloween-week activity or a quiet afternoon. Pale lavender or mint green would look sweet on the body, with bright yellow stars and warm brown eyes. Or leave the ghost white and just color the stars. Fans of Ghost coloring pages often like Witch and Elf as well.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- sky blue
- golden yellow
- raspberry pink
- coral pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big ghost body: fill it with sky blue, working around the eyes and keeping the eye whites and tiny shine spots white.
- 2Color the four stars in the corners with golden yellow, one at a time, so the bright accents frame the ghost.
- 3Fill the inside of the open mouth with raspberry pink, leaving the top edge of the mouth clean.
- 4Add the tongue at the bottom of the mouth in coral pink for a soft, cheerful contrast.
- 5Optional: Add a little darker sky blue along one side of the ghost body to give it a gentle shadow.
- 6Leave the background and the eye shine spots white so the drawing feels bright and fresh.
