Workout Garfield Eating Turkey Legs at a Giant Feast

Dressed like he just left the gym, with a headband, tank top, shorts, socks and sneakers, Garfield stands in the middle of a huge food spread. He's got a big turkey drumstick in each hand, crumbs on his chin and a few sweat drops flying. At his feet you'll find a whole roasted turkey with scored skin on a leafy platter, a steaming bowl of peas or corn with a spoon, a baking dish of drumsticks, a gravy boat, a dinner roll, and a second steaming bowl with a flower-shaped garnish on top. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: color the turkey and its wing in orange, and fill the feast bowls and the tray in cream and golden yellow.
- 2Color Garfield's shirt and headband area in red, his shorts and fur patches in brown, and his shoes and socks in dark brown, leaving the face and headband highlights white.
- 3Fill Garfield's hands, fingers and wrist in apricot, and add the light peach tones where his skin shows.
- 4Color the green herbs and leaves in forest green, and add the dark green garnish and olive yellow peas on the plate.
- 5Add the drumsticks in yellow, the gravy in medium brown, and the flower on the right in orange with a light green center.
- 6Optional: Add a little dark brown shading under the turkey and along Garfield's legs for depth, and leave the steam and the gravy highlight white.
