Chef Ghost Frosting Cupcakes in the Kitchen

Coloring guide
A smiling little ghost in a tall chef's hat squeezes a piping bag to top a cupcake with a swirl of frosting and a star. On the wooden table in front sit a big mixing bowl with a spoon and a heart-patterned rim, a whisk, and a baking tray holding six more frosted cupcakes. Three small bowls of sprinkles and toppings, plus a few scattered stars and hearts, finish off the table. Behind the ghost, a kitchen window with a scalloped, heart-trimmed valance looks out on bushes and a round sun or moon. A flowerpot sits on the sill, and the shelves hold a trailing plant, a canister, a utensil jar and stacked books. A checkered dish towel hangs over the chair. Lots of detail makes this free printable a good fit for confident colorers. Pastel pink and lavender frosting would look lovely, with bright rainbow sprinkles in the little bowls. Looking for more? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big mixing bowl: fill its body and the wavy band with sky blue, and color the base in royal blue.
- 2Color the chef hat band and the piping bag, frosting, and batter with light pink, leaving the ghost's body and the hat top white.
- 3Fill the window sky with baby blue, make the sun golden yellow, and color the bushes outside in leaf green and lime green.
- 4Color the wooden shelves, cabinet, table, chair, and jars in honey brown and amber, with the jar bases in cream.
- 5Paint the cupcake tray in gray blue and the towels in pale sky, leaving the checks white, then add the bowls of peas and sprinkles in soft yellow and coral pink.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading under the ghost and the cupcakes with a slightly deeper tone of the same color.
