Nose to Nose: A Tiny PAW Patrol Pup and a Giant Dinosaur
Coloring guide
A huge scaly dinosaur lowers its big head until it's nearly nose to nose with a tiny pup, and that size difference is what makes this page so sweet. The dinosaur has a large curious eye, a row of pointed teeth and patchwork scales across its face and neck. On its back sits a rope-tied bundle with a tassel hanging down. The little pup wears a brimmed helmet with a lamp on the front and a vest with straps and a buckle, and smiles up at the giant. Only a few dashes mark the ground, so the background is open for your child's own ideas. Soft greens and teals on the scales, with warm orange or red on the pup's gear, will help the small hero stand out. Save it as a free PDF for an easy afternoon activity. Fans of PAW Patrol coloring pages often like Big Hero 6 and Unikitty as well.

- caramel orange
- golden yellow

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big dinosaur body, head, tail and legs in leaf green, leaving the eye white and the scale highlight above the eye uncolored.
- 2Fill the dinosaur's belly and the lower part of its body with light sand so the pale tummy stands out.
- 3Color the teeth, claws and the pup's main body in pale cream, keeping the pup's shoulder highlight white.
- 4Add the pup's golden yellow helmet, the caramel orange ear and straps, the olive tan vest and the dark brown boots and arm.
- 5Finish the backpack with sky blue gadgets and caramel orange straps and rope, then add lime green near the dinosaur's nose.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of leaf green along the scales and folds for a bit of depth.
