Figure Skater Gliding Through Falling Snowflakes, Sports Coloring Page
Coloring guide
With a high ponytail, arms stretched wide and one leg lifted behind her, this smiling girl glides across the ice in a graceful pose. She wears a long-sleeved top with a turtleneck collar, a flared skirt and lace-up ice skates, and curved skate tracks swirl across the rink under her. Behind her are a row of fluffy bushes, two snowy mountain peaks, and lots of snowflakes and round snow dots drifting down. Her outfit has big shapes that small hands can handle, while the laces and snowflakes give older kids some finer work. An icy blue dress with a bright pink scarf-style collar looks lovely, and if you leave the rink pale it will look like shiny ice. Print the free PDF at home, and maybe a few extra copies while you're at it. It fits with our Sports coloring pages, along with Soccer and NHL / Hockey.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the sweater and its collar rose pink, then add the sleeve cuffs in blush pink.
- 2Fill the face, neck, ears and both hands with peach skin, leaving the eye whites bare.
- 3Color the skirt lavender purple and the tights pale lilac, then fill the ponytail and hair with warm brown, leaving a few light streaks of paper showing.
- 4Paint the distant mountains sky blue, the hill behind the skater sage gray, and the bushes grass green.
- 5Color the ice rink stripes and edges sky blue, and the skate blades icy light blue. Keep the boots, laces and mountain snowcaps white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading under the skirt and sleeves with the same colors for depth.
