Gnome Playing Flute for a Bunny, Bird and Hedgehog

Coloring guide
Seated on a tree stump, a gnome in a tall pointed hat plays a little flute while curly swirls of music drift up beside him. He has a big round nose, a fluffy beard, pointy ears, a belt with a square buckle and chunky cuffed boots. A small bird sits on the stump right by the flute, and a sitting bunny and a spiky hedgehog look up at him from the grass. Daisy-style flowers, grass tufts and leafy bushes fill the background. Big open shapes are great for younger kids, while hedgehog quills and flower petals offer older children finer detail. A warm brown stump and red hat will stand out against green grass. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the gnome's pointed hat bright red, and fill his face, ears, and hands with peach skin, leaving the beard and hair white.
- 2Use light blue for the gnome's jacket and the bird's body, deep blue for his sleeves, and sky blue for the bird's tail.
- 3Fill the bunny's body, the tree stump, and the flute with caramel brown, and paint the bunny's inner ear soft pink.
- 4Color the gnome's pants and the grass tufts with forest green, the bush on the right with lime green, and the boots and hedgehog's back spines with warm brown.
- 5Paint the leather belt chocolate brown and the buckle golden yellow, then fill the hedgehog's belly and feet with sandy tan. Optional: add a few darker strokes on the hat and jacket for depth.
