Lanky Joker Chuckling in the Batman Cartoon Style

This full-length page has a tall, lanky Joker from the Batman animated style, leaning forward with a huge toothy grin. One gloved hand rests on his hip while the other is clenched near his chest, like he's laughing at his own joke. He wears a long jacket with a vest, a ribbon-style bow tie, and a spiky flower pinned to his lapel. His trousers are cuffed at the ankles and his shoes are pointy. The page has no background, which keeps the focus on him. A purple jacket, green hair, and bright white gloves would look right, with a bold color for the lapel flower.
