SuperZings Grin and Horseshoe Arches on a Caped Figure

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• bright red
• royal blue
• golden yellow
• sky blue
• coral pink
• dark red

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the large red cape and head areas using bright red, covering the front cape, the top of the head, and the cheeks.
2. 2Fill the big blue wings and cape sections with royal blue, including the right large cape, the lower leg cape, and the left wing tip.
3. 3Color the horns, hands, and the oval shape in golden yellow, then add sky blue to the light blue bulge, cheek, and ear rings.
4. 4Add the small details: dark red for the little patch near the head, coral pink for the open mouth, and bright red for the claws and chin.
5. 5Leave the eye whites, pupils, and the inner white parts of the ears uncolored so they stay bright.
6. 6Optional: Add a little shading with a slightly darker tone along the edges of the cape to make it look more dimensional.
