Baby Doll Giggling with Tongue Out, Arms Open

A cheerful baby doll sits on the ground with both arms stretched out to the sides, as if asking for a hug. The eyes are closed in a big smile with long lashes, and a tiny tongue sticks out of the mouth. Small eyebrow dashes sit above the eyes. The hair is pulled up into a round bun on top with a band wrapped around it, and a thick bundle of striped bangs falls over the forehead. The baby wears a diaper with two round snap buttons and a braided waistband, and the chubby legs and feet point forward. The big head and simple shapes make this a good pick for younger kids who are building crayon control. Try coloring the hair in two or three shades so the stripes in the bun and bangs stand out, then pick a bright color for the diaper snaps. This printable page also works well for talking about feelings, since the happy face is easy to point out.
