Polka Dot Candy With a Happy Face

Coloring guide
In the middle of the page sits a round, smiling candy in twisted paper that fans out at the top and bottom. It has big sparkly eyes, little curved eyebrows and an open mouth with a tiny tongue, so it looks pretty pleased to be colored. Circles of different sizes are scattered over its body, and a few get cut off at the edge. The ruffled, wavy wrapper ends have curved lines that look like paper folds, and a small band ties off each end. With big shapes and thick, clean lines, it's a good match for preschoolers and early elementary kids using crayons or chunky markers. Print it free as a PDF. Pink or purple dots on a yellow candy look fun, with soft blue for the wrapper. If you enjoyed this Candy page, don't miss our Ghost and Bat coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big candy body in soft pink, leaving the eye whites and shiny spots white.
- 2Color both twisted wrapper ends at the top and bottom in sky blue.
- 3Fill every polka dot circle on the candy body, plus the top and bottom bands, in golden yellow.
- 4Color the open smile in cherry red and the tongue inside it in coral pink.
- 5Keep the eye whites and the small shine spots white so the face looks bright and happy.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker pink along one side of the candy body and a darker blue at the folds of the wrappers for depth.
