Big bubble letters spell out "Happy St. Patrick's Day!" and the whole page is turned sideways, so you rotate it to read the message. A small leprechaun-style hat with a buckle band sits on top of the "D" in Day. In the bottom left corner, a smiling shamrock has a little face with eyes and a curved mouth. In the bottom right, a pot is filled with round gold coins, and curved rainbow lines arc up and away from it. The thick outlines and roomy letters are easy for younger kids to color inside. Try filling each letter of "Happy" with a different color, then use greens for the shamrock and hat and gold for the coins. Each rainbow stripe is a good spot to practice color order.
