Grumpy Heihei the Moana Rooster in a Grassy Field

Heihei, the wide-eyed rooster from Moana, stands tall on two long legs with his chest puffed out and his head tilted up, wearing a grumpy, slightly goofy scowl. A spiky jagged comb sits on his head, a small wattle hangs under his beak, and little scallop marks decorate the feathers on his wings and chest. His big tail feathers sweep up and curve behind him. Around him are tufts of grass, puffy bush outlines, a few small leaves floating in the air, and simple ground lines with tiny puddles or patches near his feet. The large feather sections and wide comb are easy to color, and the tail has enough detail for older kids. Bright red would suit the comb and wattle, warm browns and golds the feathers, and yellow the beak and feet. Download and print this free page for an afternoon activity. Kids who like Moana coloring pages usually enjoy Nella the Princess Knight and Beauty and the Beast too.
