Seaside Telescope Fun with Hello Kitty and a Whale
Coloring guide
Out by the sea, Hello Kitty stands behind a small telescope on a tripod and aims it toward the water. She has her signature bow, a simple outfit and a little pair of shoes. A small bear in a sailor-style hat and striped shirt sits beside her, watching. Beyond the wavy water line, a smiling whale spouts dotted drops, and a tiny island with a palm tree sits nearby. There's also a little fish near some small waves, plus three puffy clouds overhead. Younger kids will enjoy the big open shapes, and older ones can take on the waves and the striped shirt. A bright blue whale and a pink or red bow make a good start. It's a free printable PDF for your collection. If you enjoyed this Hello Kitty page, don't miss our Pusheen and Garfield coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: color the whale in ocean blue and Hello Kitty's shirt in royal blue, leaving her face and hand white.
- 2Color the two clouds and the telescope lens in pale sky blue, then fill the small fish and the telescope tube in golden yellow.
- 3Work on the island: fill the top of the island with grass green, the sandy base with pale yellow, the palm trunk in tan brown, and the palm leaves in leaf green.
- 4Use cherry red for Hello Kitty's bow, her arm sleeve and her red shorts, keeping the small bow highlights white.
- 5Color the frog's head, body and feet in lime green, its shirt stripes in light gray blue, its sailor hat white, and the telescope stand in golden orange and the ring in sky blue.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker shade of each color along one side of the shapes to give them a little depth.
